Andrew R. Davis, Of Counsel

Andy Davis
Prior to his affiliation with Brill & Associates, Andy spent 12 years as vice-president and general counsel with an engineering, architectural and environmental consulting firm that had a national practice, with up to 500 employees and annual revenues up to $90 million.
In that role, he successfully guided the defense and resolution of a broad range of multi-million dollar construction-related claims through mediation, arbitration and/or litigation. He also strategically crafted, reviewed and negotiated thousands of agreements that protected the firm’s interests, and ensured access to its professional liability and other insurance policies.
Andy’s practice focusses primarily upon providing strategic risk management and defense counsel to the engineering, architectural and environmental consulting community.
He obtained a J.D. from Tulane Law School in 1985 and a B.A. from Tulane University in 1982, and is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Louisiana.
